They always put what u say u don't want on it n the cheese for the wafers is always cold n clumpy, the only good thing bout this... place is that the owner is awesome as hell!! The food is pretty expensive for them to forget half of what you order, especially waiting in the drive thru for 20... minutes. And I definitely will not be returning to this location. I had never heard of Mr. Hero before moving to Ohio and I have to say WOW. It?s delicious! I love the hot, fresh made sandwiches... and the waffle fries with cheese on the side are such a guilty pleasure. I have never been dissatisfied with any meal and thecustomer service has always been great from my perspective. Very filling lunch from friendly people. Read more
I always love a good roman burger. This Mr Hero has a drive through, a real plus. Only problem is, since the make each order as... it's placed, the drive through can be slow, especially if there is a line. The food is always good though! Read more
Absolutely terrible service. Wanted to use the app and when I asked was rudely told I need to order and go to the window and... hand them my phone?! They wanted me to give them my cell phone and I Absolutely refused and asked if I could use the code underthe QR and then she just went silent and that was it so I said nevermind and left! Spoke with a family member and she said shedid same thing and went to hold it up to scan and the employee took it from her hands and shut the window "which is tinted" anddid whatever! You want us to hand over our phones with private information and Financials so you can walk away with it and shutthe window so we cant see what your doing with it!!! Screw that that's invasion/threat to privacy and financial as well asaren't we in COVID TIMES and now you want us to hand over our devices after you have dealt with the public all day.
