I haven’t had New orient since the new ownership and I’m honestly very disappointed. First off they forgot a large order of... general tso chicken and when I called to let them know, I was basically accused of lying.\nThe poor customer service aside…the food was disgusting. The chicken and noodles were mushy and I instantly felt sick after eating it. It sucks when you spend$40 on not even editable food….. Will not be returning. Read more
There was so much grease from the cheese wontons (which have no cheese in them by the way) and the egg rolls it ripped through... the paper bag. I paid the extra for chicken in my chicken low mein and there was hardly any chicken to be found in thosenoodles. The portion for the sweet and sour chicken was not what I expected. This use to be the best Chinese around, now I thinkI’m ready to move on. Read more
I don\'t know what happened nto the food here. The general\'s chicken was soggy and so spicy with a weird taste. It made me... sick. No flavor in the fried rice at all, half of our cheese wontons had no filling and they still put them in there. There waseggshells in my fried rice. And my noodles were so overcooked they were mush.\nThe egg rolls for the best thing. Lesson learnedafter $80 of food. Read more
Very disappointed with our take out order!! I ordered the sesame chicken with white rice and when I got it home there was barely... any sauce on the chicken! Very dry and taste disgusting! I don’t feel like I had to order extra sauce for my chicken to youcan charge me for it! How can you charge people an extra 10% surcharge but yet don’t even give them good quality food?! Well, if Panda Express is ever worried about competition, They will have to worry about it at some other restaurant. This place... appears decent enough; the food looked good, and the portions were generous for the price. However, despite the appearance, thefood was lacking something. That something being taste, flavor, aroma. Before someone says sure I don\'t have that virus, theanswer is no, I don\'t, neither does my mother or kids. We ate what we could and took the rest with us. Now had I eaten some ofthis and had tasted your so-called sweet and sour sauce. Thankfully, I asked for it on the side. You might have ended up wearingit and told to give my mother back her money for this pathetic excuse of a meal. The only thing that tastes as it should was thesoft drinks and eggs rolls. Obviously, these were not made fresh. Thank goodness because there was something that had flavor.Don\'t expect us back; this was our first and last time. You don\'t even deserve a full star. Ordered sweet and sour chicken, container of sweet and sour barely half full. Most Chinese restaurants give fortune cookies, soy... sauce, and duck sauce, they gave none of that. Never ordering again. Read more
Sorry to see a good place turn into garbage. The food was cold, the taste was terrible, and the service was rude. Too bad a... large tip was put into the tip jar before we realized how bad of an experience it was going to be. Read more
