I ordered almost 50 dollars in pizza and wings this past Wednesday, I called at 3:00 pm and I wanted my order by 4:15 they said... that was fine and it would be there. I called at 4:25 to see what happened to my order? They said it was on its way, finallygot order at 4:45 .when I got order the wings had very little sauce and pizza was little burnt on top of crust. I had not beenat pizza hut for awhile, thought I would try it out again. I guess I will stay away from this place again. No one was willing tohelp me with this issue ????. Read more
Hardly ever tastes like you requested if you say extra sauce it tastes exactly the same as the normal sauce pizza right next to... it. If you say extra cheese, it taste EXACTLY LIKE the normal cheese right next to it as if you didn't pay extra for it. Pizzait literally my guilty pleasure but the food quality is usually meh ???? at this location. Definitely need to step up their gameto make me spend money here. The stars they've received is purely for being open when they are. For a late night craving but itleaves me regretting the heartburn in the morning. Read more

They worked hard to ensure our order was correct. The food is good, fresh and hot. The employees are polite and friendly.
Ordered online from Ashtabula location. Delivery was on time of quoted time given. Food was delicious and Hot. Dessert was even... still warm by the time we got to that. Read more
I?ve tried to call the Ashtabula Pizza Hut for the past 3 1/2 hours and it rings to a call center where foreigners ask you for... your information and Never connection to a manager. It circles back around to the call center of scammers. How in the hell doesthat happen.smh. Police was contacted. Read more
First and last time I ever order from this pizza hut.. Estimated delivery was 25 to 35 minutes an hour later my text... notification said it was being delivered It should of only took 9 minutes from this point after 30 minutes I called and askedwhats going on they said they called the driver and he should be there in 4 minutes... after another 10 minutes passed which wasabout 1 hour and 40 minutes from placing the order they said they couldn't locate the driver while on the phone the manager saidwe can just cancel this order then magiclaly the driver shows up with cold disgusting food. While still on the phone. Themanager than tells the driver just leave the food with him we do over 5 k in sales a day its okay if we lose his business. Afterwaiting over 90 minutes for my food which was estimated at 25 to 35 min the manager says we can afford to lose him as a customer.. Instead of fixing the problem. My husband and I ordered for delivery as we don't have a vehicle and we're told 45 minutes to an hour. The roads aren't that... great and we understand this which is why we were patient for near an hour and a half. I finally called to check and see whatwas going on and each time we called we were hung up on. Multiple times. We called a total of 6 times just to be sure that'swhat was happening. If they couldn't deliver or didn't want to due to the weather we would have understood but they never evencalled to let us know anything. ???? the only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the operator that took our order.
