The food and service were great! Thank you! The atmosphere is needing a little bit of fixing. There was an odd smell that... other Steak and Shake restaurants do not have. The three of us were taken aback when first entering. We dined in, only as we didnot want to eat in the van. Drive thru may be our only option next time, unless it is fixed. Read more
They went to a kiosk for ordering which was easy to use. Food came out quickly. And the waitress was friendly and helpful.
I literally love this place. The people who work here show perfect professionalism. They are kind, the prices are fair and food... is delicious. Food was good. Dining room open but management must still be paranoid about virus as there are no condiments or anything on... tables. When asked for some fry seasoning they are well known for, I was giving barely a pinch of it in a small cup. Not evenworth getting out of my seat for. Dining-in opened up a few weeks ago and it looks great inside! The remodel includes ordering kiosks, which were very easy to use... and has customizable options. The food and shake were great, especially the cheese fries. Edit: price was affordable too- 2burgers, small fries, cheese fries, and a large shake was $15. Read more
We stopped at an early time before the dinner rush. Ordering is done at a kiosk. We were having difficulty placing our order. A... young man named Tyler came and helped us with placing our selections. When our order came he helped us find condiments andchecked several times to make sure all was well.
