Apparently management doesn't plan appropriately on truck days that the staff "closes" (door was not locked) the store while... they are unloading the truck at lunch time. Not a great business plan! Read more
Ashtabula Subway on East prospect seems really well run it's a very clean and new looking facility but it shares an entry... hallway with a gaming store the parking lot also is somewhat limited with additional parking across the street. Read more
Sandwich was inferior! Only two pieces of turkey, no cheese, gobs of dressing and avocado, no lettuce, few onions and tons of... green pepper and it was not toasted. Last time I order from this subway! Read more

Every time there?s an issue at this subway. Ordered a pizza a steak and cheese wrap add bacon and another sub. We didn?t get the... pizza. And the steak wrap was cold out of the fridge. Go back to get it remade and to get the pizza, they forget the bacon onthe sub ?????????????????????? Go to a different location place to eat and spare yourself the anger of dealing with this place? I ordered online to save some time, I ordered two subs, I put it on the app to where both were to be toasted. Neither sub was... toasted, the one sub didn't have the cheese I ordered, didn't have extra cheese like I ordered, bacon on one sub and chicken onboth subs was ice cold. The app said it would be 2:15 when we could pick it up(I ordered it at 1:30ish) I walk in at 1:47 withit ready for me to pick it up. The receipt says that it was ready at 1:45. I tried to do a survey on the app but the receiptdidn't have the store number and I couldn't find it online so I couldn't leave a review online. I love subway but this was justpoor for them. This Location has been going downhill in customer service recently ever since the remodel. They are turning customers away left... and right during lunch times, the last 3 times( 3 separate weeks) I was there I have been turned away by their manager...Explaining that they are completely out of bread, unless you order online? And then for example today I went in around 1:10PM and was turned away because they were busy working on a truck and had no time for customers ....I explained to the managerthat I was going to tell the owner that she is turning away customers left and right and she explained to me that that it is notme, but that they are understaffed .again the door was unlocked, but a note was taped to the door saying that they were closedand doing truck. I would love for the owner of this establishment to reach out to me customer service has been very bad lately.When I asked the manager what her name is so I could explain the situation to the owner she explains to me that she does nothave to tell me her name.. so I said that's fine I'm sure he knows who the manager is that is working right now on November 1stat 1:10 PM thank you and I left.
