I ordered 2 chicken burrito supremes w/extra sour cream and a side of refried beans and cheese....what I got was some burned... beans...no cheese...no sauce...2 tiny pieces of chicken in each burrito....no sour cream...the same burned beans in theburritos....and some rotten lettuce in there too, ya know, to set the mood I guess....I went through the drive thru to get it soI didn't realize how bad it was until I got back to work. (Lunch break) So I called because if you are going to charge me $16for that...I want what I ordered and the MOD actually gave me grief for complaining! Very very unprofessional mangers and employees. They never get the orders right. And they believe its funny to spit at customers... and foul language. I will never eat at that ashtabula taco bell again they deserve a zero stars for their rating.
