I ordered 2 chicken burrito supremes w/extra sour cream and a side of refried beans and cheese....what I got was some burned... beans...no cheese...no sauce...2 tiny pieces of chicken in each burrito....no sour cream...the same burned beans in theburritos....and some rotten lettuce in there too, ya know, to set the mood I guess....I went through the drive thru to get it soI didn't realize how bad it was until I got back to work. (Lunch break) So I called because if you are going to charge me $16for that...I want what I ordered and the MOD actually gave me grief for complaining! Very very unprofessional mangers and employees. They never get the orders right. And they believe its funny to spit at customers... and foul language. I will never eat at that ashtabula taco bell again they deserve a zero stars for their rating. I reallybelieve the general manger of the regional stores in this area need to come spend more time at these stores. I have seenemployees shooting up what looks to be drugs in the bathroom of the w. The food seems to be lacking in flavor.maybe because it was new staff who cooked the food. Every time Ive been here, there is... something missing in the order and my girlfriend could not even eat the food because something tasted off. This location isliterally the only place open past 11pm so expect a line when you want to go drive through. Literally if you hate your job just stay home... Everything on my order was incorrect minus my hard taco and my potato taco. 1... piece of chicken in my spicy chicken taco, it was like this with 4 of the 6 and I ordered where like this and I ordered aChicken Chipotle Chalupa Combo and got beef. I love paying extra $$ to have my order completely obliterated. Complete and utterwaste of time and this happens everytime I go to this location. Never again and you can keep your "Free" food to make the orderup. Sure hope your not paying these employees more then minimum wage if so your loss... Read more
This is awful to even have to write this review. So not only did they mess the order up which okay I get it. The food was gross.... It was soggy and the taco barely had any meat at all. Missed half the order. I'm sad. Well I'll stick to what I know Madisontaco bell y'all the real MVPs! Read more
They have never made a mistake on my order and I find that impressive considering the Taco Bell in Antelope Valley CA would... ALWAYS get my order wrong. This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. I love this place and the quick and friendly service. Read more
