Stopped by here to drop a load and the bathroom was not exactly a home away from home. The toilet stall looked like some one was... having an explosive day. Dark brown matter splattered around the toilet, on the toilet and all over the trash can beside thetoilet told quiet a tale. The urinal was not good either. A largish puddle of yellow liquid surround the base of the urinal. Thetrash can was full and the towel dispenser was lose. Sink mirror had I think soap splashed on it and grease and crumbs werescattered on the floor. Wouldn't exactly recommend this bathroom as a place to get your business done. Read more

Waited in line for 18 minutes. Received 2 hamburger that was ice cold they forgot the fries received 2 chicken nuggets meal and... had 2 nuggets in each with no sauce. If you make someone wait that long at the window something should be too hot to eat andeverything ordered should be in the bag. Read more
The grilled chicken wasn't cooked all the way. This is what we waited for like 20 minutes. Sad. My stomach was messed up all day... the next day. I guess I am lucky it wasn't bad enough to send me to the hospital. Won't go back to this Jack's. Read more
Went to Jack?s this morning for breakfast and it was very good except for the coffee. The employees, especially the lady cashier... were very nice and well organized (good manager). The coffee was terrible. I could barely tell it was coffee it was so weak.Poor coffee definitely detracts from a good breakfast. Read more
Since the "New Design" happened, the service & quality went down hill! Folks keep blaming it on the Pandemic, but it's been long... enough... No common courtesy, you seldom get a correct order, they seem bothered if you ask for napkins which are never in thebag, God forbid you want dipping sauce bc you're not getting any, then if you call to complain, it really doesn't help. And itdoesn't matter what shift you hit either, it's the same problems. Not sure you can blame training either. I did my time workingin fast food. I know it isn't a dream job, but have some pride! I don't know how Jack's did this.... But my poor review was several months old. This location has only gotten worse. The... previous post was like July of 2022. This post is November 2022. Somehow they made it look like they just did bad service 2 daysago...... I'll be looking for fraud as well...... As much as I hate to say it..... McDonald's is a better place to spend yourmoney.
