Pizza was ripped so when I showed up they told me I?d have to wait for a new one okay no problem. They put my frys on a warmer... and they were cold and terrible by the time I got home whit had is a 1 min drive. Then I get home and I have a cheese pizza notpep. Me, my wife, son and a few friends ds went to get some ice cream while our kids where at church. We got there about 10 min... before they closed and had to ring to bell for service. The girl who helped was didn't say hi, hello, can I help you, she justgave us the look of death. Our friends ordered first (4 ice cream items) and while they were making there's I was waiting nextin line and when she got back to the window she said sorry but we close at 9:00, so I just walked away and said ok, she said Igues I can take your order, I said no its ok you really don't want too. There was one guy behind me and he was upset and wantedhis ice cream and did order. I told my son that we'll just go to Diary Shed tomorrow. One of our fored blizzard was just mostlyice cream and very little heath. Very disappointed and I'm not planning on going back. Read more
Ordered an Italian Sub using their online ordering and asked for extra banana peppers and didn't ask for anything removed from... what was suppose to come on sub. When I got back from picking it up (I live 15 minutes away), I realized there was only 6 bananapeppers (and the meat) on the sub. Not even Italian dressing. When I tried calling back to get it remade (around 9:00 pm), theirphone just sent me to a voicemail service, but indicated they were open until 10:00 pm. Voicemail message even recommends usingthe online ordering for placing orders. Tried twice more before I decided to just leave voicemail. Their message even said "Wewill call you back," but it's been 4 days, so I'm leaving a review. As a former employee back in the early days (2003-2004), itsaddens me to see the constant issues that seem to plague the new ownership. The use of social media to justify their continualissues doesn't alleviate the problem. I'll just go to another establishment since Ashville/Circleville area has about 25+ placesto get a Sub. The food alright but most of the time I ordered food from their they some how give me some else order or get mixed up with... something else. Milkshake are very runny not not really chunky or thick. Sub are alright but make it in a different way everytime it like taking a Risk if it going to be good or bad. The ice cream fine, hot dog are gross. worked there before had badmanagement and was very unclean. Pizza fine if they make it right sometimes it has decent amount of sauce and looks dead drywhen not made right. The burger are pretty good and the chicken wings are meh. The Fry's are alright, the chilli Fry's are wayto sweet some how. Texas tenderloin is pretty decent, easy place to grab a salad, polar delights are compacted with way too muchstuff, slushes are basically just a snowball with no juice and that about it other for the intense waiting time for certain fooditems. Best little hideaway spot for any type of Subs, Sandwiches, Pizza, Wings, Fried mushrooms, and ice cream to top it off... with! Always fast service and the youngsters really enjoy working there. Great outdoor seating and always a fantastic sunset! Read more

Just moved close by and the pizza looked great from the pictures I have seen, figured we would give it a shot. The pizza was... good enough, no complaints there. The service made the experience frustrating to say the least. I am a patient person andunderstanding that restaurants get busy and or behind which may affect wait times. With that being said, the workers could atleast share that same level of patience and understanding. Being ignored and just looked at while attempting to check on theorder when it's been 30 mins past the initial quote time and I was told it was going to be just 15 minutes more. Pricey food toboot. We order 4 pizzas and with the special of getting 1 free it was still over $50. I'm sure I'll try again in the future,just not anytime soon. Read more
