I normally only post reviews for truly exceptional service. This time was definitely not the case. We went on a Thursday for buy... one get one boneless wings. We ordered one order of 10 honey bbq with 10 teriyaki (free) for two people. We ended up getting 40wings, no big deal I guess, leftovers. Well the first order came out and I waited for another 20 minutes (first time seeing thewaitress since the first order was delivered) and just asked to cancel the teriyaki wings and the celery we did not receive. Mywings came out and I told the person I cancelled them, he said just take them we?re going to throw them away anyways. So I saidfine, the waitress was standing there and still charged us for them along with the celery. At this point I just wanted to payand get out of there so I did. Always love to go here just to chill and eat. Tuesday traditional wings buy 6,10, or 15 wings at the original price and get the... other one at 50% off that. I got the 15 wings for $14 so the half one is just $7! just a FYI if u do get the deal, the 2 setscan only be 1 flavour so example 1st deal 15 wings (Asian Zing) then the next one 15 wings ( Blazing) ! I arrived at 7:25 pm on a Tuesday. There wasn't anybody waiting to be seated when I walked in. The host greeted me and said it... would be a 4-minute wait for a table or I could sit at the bar immediately if I would like. Since I didn't plan on drinking Idecided to wait for a table. As I was waiting a couple came in and chose to sit at the bar. I was brought to my tableimmediately after they sat down at the bar. It was right around 7:30 pm at this point. And then I waited, and waited, andwaited, and waited some more. It was 7:50 before the bartender acknowledged me and said he would be with me "in a minute." Iwant to point out there were only three other tables being served in the bar area at this time and they all already had theirfood when I was first approached by an employee... this includes the people that sat at the bar just a minute or two before Iwas seated! I ordered an ice tea with lemon, 15 medium buffalo and 15 lemon pepper with celery and blue cheese... and then Iwaited, and waited, and waited... at 8:20 the bartender came over and explained the kitchen was really busy because of theTuesday BOGO offer and that is why it was taking so long to get my food. Despite me having already ordered them, he neveroffered to bring me some celery and blue cheese in the mean time so I would at least have something to eat while waiting. Hejust left me there waiting for my food. It was pretty obvious to me that the kitchen wasn't as busy as he claimed because thepeople seated right before me received their food in a short amount of time. I'm guessing my order was overlooked just like Ihad been while waiting to place it. At about 8:30 my food was delivered to my table. The people that had sat down just a minuteor two before I did were already done eating their entire meal at this point. Large dining area. Plenty of televisions will sports of all kinds. Waitstaff are very friendly and eager to be helpful. Menu has... items that are not wings as well. Bathrooms were clean. They have trouble with hiring like everyone else. Please have patience. Read more
The restaurant was clean. It wasn't busy, maybe only 6 to 8 other tables had customers. We were seated at our table quickly upon... arrival. Waited almost 10 minutes before our waitress came to introduce herself and take our drink order. She returned a fewminutes later with our drinks, sat them on the table and said I will be right back. At this point we were ready to order but weweren't given the option. About 5 minutes later she returned and asked if we were ready to order, so we placed our order. Wewaited about 15 minutes before she brought us one tray of chicken wings. She then asked what else we ordered and then said itshould be up in a couple minutes. It was a good 7 to 8 minutes later she comes back with one more tray of wings, she sits it onthe table, says the last one will be right up and she walks away quickly. Another 10 minutes go by and our waitress is juststanding over by their station talking to another employee. A couple minutes later a gentleman brings my tray of wings andfrench fries out to the table. They are no where close to being hot, they must have sat in the kitchen the entire time becausethe wings were barely warm to the touch and the fries were cold. I couldn't believe they served them like that. I tried severaltimes to get the waitresses attention but she continued to stand across the restaurant and talk with the guy coworker. When thewaitress finally left her station she walked over with 2 boxes and the check. Placed them on the table and said I can take thiswhenever you are ready and walked away before I could say anything. She didn't ask if we needed refills or how the food was.Extremely horrible service! My son said his food was hot when he got it and my friends food was hot when she got it so I can'tsay my cold food was the kitchens fault. I definitely won't be back here for a while, if at all. Service was great. Hard kombucha was expired. Waitress reconciled the situation immediately. She was kind. The wings were great.... Only reason for the 4 stars... it's a chain and had an expired item. Otherwise 5 Read more
Went for the BOGO Thursday. The food wait time was crazy long due to the rush hour and we never got our app until the end after... we were done eating a had asked twice for an update. I'm pretty sure we were still charged for it too. The saving grace of thevisit was the waiter and the piping hot food. It wasn't a complete dud but not the best. Tried the Caribbean one and theteriyaki ones. The Caribbean one was delicious (new fav flavor). Read more
I don?t normally leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst service I?ve ever had. We ordered our food around 7:25.... Around 8 or so, our server told us she would be bringing out refills for us, that we never got. About 8:10 my side of fries cameout, but that was it. So we?re waiting and waiting for the rest of our food. So at this point it?s been 45 minutes. Another 20minutes go by and we never received the rest of our food. The waiter never came with the refills or to let us know anythingabout where the rest was. I?m a waitress, and I would never let my table sit there for an hour without at least letting themknow what was going on. I know it was a busy Saturday night, but an hour without being talked to at all is ridiculous. Wefinally just got up and went elsewhere so we could get food before other places closed.
