Tried there food for very first time. Chicken sandwiches were ok. Things went downhill from there. Ordered 2 waffle fries and... mac&cheese. Was told mac&cheese was extra 30min. So asked for another waffle fries instead. Got food and yes should havechecked.... Got home and only one order of waffle fries not 3 which I paid for. Plus they were undercooked. I hope they treat their customers better then they treat door dash delivery drivers. I?ve picked up multiple times and the staff... blatantly ignores the delivery people waiting at the delivery pickup area - Regardless of whether people are ordering or not.The ordering line clears up then they just chat with each other and continue to ignore the delivery people - typically while theorder sits just out of the delivery drivers reach on the counter (but close enough that we can see the name and know it?s ourorder.) Forget the fact you should be just as kind to delivery people as patrons - Perhaps, someone could let them know thatalthough the customer isn?t in store, it?s still Chick-fil-a customers ordering and they would also appreciate their food ontime and hot just like those eating in store. Food is great, but they have a management problem. We tried to redeem points for a free sandwich and the young man who took the... order said he doesn't know how to do it and to go to the next person. That guy said that his computer wouldn't let him us it,and to go to the end of the drive thru where you get the food. We showed the young lady the code to redeem it and she said thatit didn't work in her computer. We asked her to call a manger and after five minutes someone appeared who said click on the codeagain and walked away. That didn't work so four workers just stood around there holding up the drive through line for tenminutes. Then the cashier said "could you just pay full price please?" For the benefit of the people in line, we did. A goodmanager would give their employees authority to approve something, or come and fix the situation. Read more

In picking up delivery, I was COMPLETELY IGNORED for over 5 minutes. Despite arriving earlier, another driver (who just walked... in) was addressed immediately. Despite standing next to the counter and being clear that I was delivering (phone in my hand,open) I was walked past, looked at multiple times by multiple staff, but not addressed. In addition, at one point a staff nearlywalked into me. No apology, no attempt to right the wrong. This IS THE SECOND TIME this has happened. I am very disappointed andfrustrated. I hate delivering for this location. If you can't treat your delivery parties right, don't be open for third partydelivery. Terrible customer and delivery service, long waits, and parking is a pain. Find somewhere else to eat and order from,folks! Read more

The line moves quickly and the food is delicious. The lobby is now open. UPDATE: I went into the lobby and I have to say, the... lobby is on a different level from most fast food restaurants. The plants are a nice touch, and the garbage is hands free motionactivated! I added some photos from my experience. I got the chicken bowl meal. The scrambled egg was my last favorite part,but not bad. The chicken and hashbrowns were fantastic. It comes with a tasty jalapeno salsa, but don't worry, it has zerospice. They asked if I wanted a sauce with it, I said no, but I regret that as they're are done interesting and unique choices.I was told the Polynesian Sauce tastes like Sweet and Sour. I went back up for a cookies and cream shake and was in love withthe thickness. A cherry was a nice touch, and I ordered no whip cream, but that typically comes with as well. The staff wasvery friendly and made me feel welcomed. The food came out very quickly. When you walk in, go to the left to order, they willask for your name, they give you a stand to put at your table, and then they will bring it out to you. Great job,Chick-fil-A! This is the 3rd time on separate occasion that I had order a southwest salad from them and on all 3 separate order they have... FAILED TO GIVE ME A DRESSING packet with my salad order. HOW DOES SOMEONE FORGET that????????? I understand if it was thefirst time but to happen 3x on separate orders several months apart. When I called to tell them, the lady who answered just saidcould you come back to pick it up, as if gas is cheap these days, not to mention I am on a timed lunch so that leaves me withthree choices either eat it that way it is without the dressing, don't eat it and maybe it might still be good when I get home,which is in 4 hours or spend more time on my lunch driving back to a place I was already at to grab the one item they shouldhave remembered to provided me with from the beginning and have little no time to eat my salad. Maybe retrain your staff onmaking sure an order is complete before handing it off to the consumer. Unacceptable!!! Read more

Amazing food as with all locations, they had samples of breakfast foods when we were there last which I didn't even know they... did, and they were outstandingly good. The only negative I've ever had was in my last visit where I paid for the large wafflefries and drink with my meal and basically got the standard containers with in a large container (just over half full), butstill not enough of an issue to not still give it 5 stars.
