I have to say this Chipotle is absolutely disgusting. Sorry but have been in here three times now and it never changes. I tried... to do the ol benefit of the doubt but man it is just bad. 1st visit?.every table, the floor and soda area had stuff all over andspills. As you go through the line, there is food stuck all over and around the bins and up against the glass. I get to thecounter to pay and there?s a puddle of a drink on the counter. We sit down to eat after WE wiped off a table and not one personwiped up the spill on the counter. The register girl just worked around it and walked away. There was definitely enoughemployees because they were visiting in the back and goofing around. It was not busy. I just wonder to myself who is the managerthat just looks out on the floor and does nothing. Second time in?.again not busy and enough employees especially when they arejust standing there waiting. Tables, floors and soda area again trashed. This was at 2p on a wednesday. We were only one inline. No one else eating. I just don?t get it. I forgot to do a review this day. Third time?.Friday at 7p?..all the same butthis time worse. A lot of employees. Not one table was cleaned?.not one?and I?m talking smear marks, food particles like lettuceand garbage on tables. Mind you there was enough all over that you would easily have seen behind the counter as a manager.Easily!. Get up to order and talk about disgusting?it was very unappealing. If my friend wanted to leave too I would have walkedout. Lettuce and food that looked like it was old was stuck to the edge facing us as we ordered. Most bins were empty and stuffspilled into each other. I just don?t get it. Needless to say and doesn?t surprise me my friend did not feel well latter thatnight. It?s just has never been clean and there?s no reason for it. We cleaned off a table to eat. Finally a kid went to wipeoff some of the tables and all he did was take a wet rag and wipe each table of food on to the next. H Read more

Usually pretty good but it seems like ordering online gets me ripped on guacamole when I order a large I get a small and my... burrito isn?t as maxed out as I hoped to be. Never will go this chipotle again I order burrito bowls for lunch and always pay 4 extra dollars for more meat and 3 days in a... row they gave me half the amount of brown rice and not even 1 serving of meat. Will never ever go here again spending $15 to getnothing. Terrible restaurant. Read more

Just not good food. Chips over salted and stale. Guacamole has hard pieces of (unripe) avocado/pit in it so we couldn?t even put... a dent in it because it was like having to navigate the non-edible parts. And it just seemed like most of it was undercooked(rice & beans). The Garlic Steak was actually decent though, minus getting jipped for paying for double meat and getting oneserving of meat so it seemed. Overall just not very satisfied with THIS Chipotle. I used to love this place, but lately there's this one server that is so stingy with the ingredients. It's disheartening to... watch her take the spoon and use it to ever-so-daintily scrape a small sliver of sofritas onto my dish. It's like pulling teethto get her to make the dish look anything but meager. They're starting to lose me. Sad part is, her boss probably told her to dothis, which only teaches her to save a few pennies in cost while losing dollars of revenue via uninspired customers. Read more

Bad work environment, people are miserable. There are like two people in total there who have good attitudes. Friday, when I... visited my bowl had hard rice, tons of super spicy beans, and a tiny amount of lettuce. I felt physically ill after eating mostof my food, honestly a mistake to even get as far as I did. Can you guys please cook your freaking rice and not make your blackbeans reek of heat and vinegar? I?ve never been so upset ordering from somewhere. I spent 38 dollars to get this delivered to my house. It?s burnt and there is... little to no stuff on the inside to eat. I tried calling and no matter what I say it won?t let me talk to anyone and now I seewhy. I would give them less of a rating if I could since you literally cannot even call to talk to a manager. 30 bucks for thisand my fiancés was the exact same. I will never order from here again.
