They never have chicken . Close early very disappointed. Today at 6:30 pm no white meet. When ever I go closed early or no food.

Every single time I have come to this location they never have fried chicken!! 2 pm, 4 pm, 6 pm? it doesn?t matter the time... there isn?t enough. I don?t get it, how can you have such poor planning? I know we are having a worker shortage in the foodindustry, but that shouldn?t mean lack of training in shift planning! This store is an established business, you know your peakhours, so there is no excuse as to why there should always be shortages. Read more
They only gave us 2 of 4 dinners. They shorted us $15 worth of food but of course we ended up paying the delivery fee and tip... on the original amount. And, FYI - not eaten there a lot - their chicken tenders are tiny little chicken filet pieces. Read more
Avoid this one on Oneida St! Place looks like it's closed! Parking lot is full of big pot holes! The drive thru ordering board... is broke to pieces! I ordered 2 piece meal wanted all white meat, didn't get that, coleslaw was missing, no honey for mybiscuit! You'd think being so slow they wouldn't screw up your order! Read more
I love KFC anytime I get it. I normally get the 4 piece tender meal with mashed potatoes. I used DoorDash for the first time... today and ordered that exact thing and got 4 piece legs. I didn?t know about this until my delivery person arrived and told me.I had it and a wire popped loose with braces. Didn't have any of the food we wanted, and it was only a little after 6 pm. Really wanted Long John Silver only to find out it's... been gone for over a year. Maybe they should change their sign or something. Very miss leading. Would've given 0 stars if Icould. Read more
