Went thru drive thru to order. Guy told me it?s be 5-10 minutes to make the honey shrimp. We went to window and paid. Told us to... pull around to front and that they will bring out our order. We sat for almost 40 minutes waiting!! People were going in and outof the restaurant with their orders before we got ours. This isn?t acceptable at all! We weren?t even given a sorry or ainconvenience offer for the wait. They had little to no people in drive thru or inside the restaurant so its not lie they werebusy. Not happy at all!!!! I used a BOGO coupon for the bowl meals. I would be disappointed if I paid full price. Good enough but not great. Very nice... atmosphere. Slow but good service (labor problem most likely). Read more
Not the best panda express but during the lunch rush they did deliver some good orange chicken and white rice so I'd recommend... for fast Asian food, just don't expect to be perfect even time Read more

Place is a nightmare and so short staffed they should probably just close it. Wasn?t allowed to do 2 separate orders in the... drive through because they were ?short staffed? not sure why that matters. Anyways, we order together and they say it?ll be afew min wait for the chow mein and to park up front and wait. Well after 30 min and having to finally go in we got it. Decided to get food at Pandas instead of Chic Fil A because the long line of cars were moving very slowly. Glad I did. The... food at Panda was hot and delicious. Love the orange chicken and fried rice. I love the huge choice of drinks they offer to. The drive thru was very fast and everything was as ordered. Read more
I was very disappointed in this restaurant because I was extremely hungry for Chinese food and I also wanted to try this... restaurant as it was new to me. We walked in and we had 3 employees staring at us so we felt rushed. It is more like a fastfood restaurant. You are not waited on. You go through a line and choose what you want. My noodles were mush and the steak inmy order wasn't steak but grizzle. I am very sad to have to give a restaurant such a low rating but I don't think that it's fairfor someone to have to pay 9.00 for some mushy noodles and grizzle. I wish that I would have paid the 1.25 up charge and gottenthe shrimp. But they would have probably been cold like the rest of my meal. Read more
For all of the five times we have ordered from these bums, only two orders have been correct. If they aren?t just completely... screwing you out of entrees or sides, they will continually mess up portions. And this is with the correct portion size on thereceipt!! I complained again; though I don?t think it will go anywhere since the last complaint didn?t, but officially done withthis joke of a restaurant. The Panda E corporate lords should shut this ish down, it ain?t worth it. Read more
