Not sure if its a normal thing for this store as I usually dont have issues there at breakfast time... there was a full line in... the drive thru... the doors facing the main lot were locked but opposite side wasn't... who I assume was the manager seemedsurprised to see me inside... another customer was in picking up a large order and 2 different people tried to take my order...then I got my food and went out to my vehicle to leave... fries were luke warm nuggets weren't much warmer... sandwich wasstraight cold the burger meat was cold as well... might have been colder than the cheese... very disappointed... So to start this off, I have ADHD and social anxiety so I pulled up to the window to order and stuttered a bit. Was told to and... I quote ?order correctly or get out of the drive thru?. Then pull up to the window and some manager is screaming at a kid for noreason. Sometimes I wish negative stars were a possibility. What do you get from screaming at high school kids and making peoplefeel dumb. Get to the nursing home you crabby old lady. Read more
We got a couple of kids meals here. The buns were not warmed - maybe they don't do that at Wendy's. They were small and the... fries were quite small, as was the drink. Probably on for younger kids. My son and I stopped in for take out. I ordered my food. My son was waiting to place his order when the power went out. They... processed my order. I was going to give my son my sandwich and just eat fries. The manager stepped up and said had the staffprepare his order minus the toasted bun. Work on your customer service!! Waited at the speaker to place my order for 5 minutes (if not longer) after a lady advised she... would be with me in a moment! Even people behind me were getting impatient as the gentleman behind me was anxiously tapping hisring on the side of his car. There were 4 cars ahead of me & all but one were already done picking up there order! What was thehold up? I ended up leaving and getting food else where. I won't be back for awhile. Read more
There is a nice gentleman who works there that always complements my girlfriend's little dog and gives him a treat. But... sometimes one of lady's there ends up giving me regular coke instead of diet coke. Still better than many other fast foodoptions. Read more
This Wendys is so trashy. Rude workers, and asking for more money after already ordering and paying!? Seems like the staff is... trying to pocket extra money because they were demanding extra cash at the window where they hand you the food. Read more
