Super delicious food, great presentations, amazing chef, who finds a way to pair even the most unique flavors together.

My wife and I did the tasting menu here and it was amazing! Everything was very well plated and very well explained when brought... to the table. Only downside we left still hungry but other than that I definitely recommend. And will definitely be back! Read more

Interesting mix of cuisine. The plates are small so you may want to order more courses than you normally would. A little pricey,... it’s easy to drop over $500 on dinner for 2 here, but it’s Aspen so what do you really expect for fine dining here?Presentations are well done. Read more

Ok TBH if I drop $600 for dinner for two, I expect to be pretty wowed, and I just wasn't. The good: Presentation! All the... dishes looked great. Chef is going for the Keller vibe (yes been there). The smoked salmon crackers just looked beautiful inparticular. The beef tenderloin was also great. Excellent savory flavors and the beef flavor really shined through. Theaverage: Cocktails ("Buddy the Elf Dancing on Your Lawn") had a catchy fun name but is really just a slight spin on an oldfashioned and pretty unremarkable for $25. The wine was a decent Burgundy Pinot, but not a great one and marked up 250% fromretail. The below average: Flavors were often lost. For example, the smoked salmon looked great but the smoked salmon wasnearly indiscernible. Similarly on the shiitake skewers the venison was microplaned venison jerky, completely lost, as was thepine touted in the housemade cheese. The grilled lobster was overpowered by the strong dill sauce, and the sweet lobster flavorwas lost. The lamb harissa was dense and without much spice and not really any acidity. Overall I think the place puts a lot offocus on presentation but (at this price point) the layers and balance of flavors are not quite at par. Read more

The service started out amazing but sadly went south after our second course. Food also started out amazing with a tasty... starter. The street zucchini was outstanding as well as the perfectly cooked lobster with a delightful sauce. The duck wasflavorful but a bit tough. Most all of the presentation was beautiful. The fish was a 1/5 with both lackluster presentation andboring taste. Could have been a 5/5. But alas with the price should have knocked our socks off. Read more

I normally wouldn't go to a place as extravagant as Bosq, but when in Aspen! My partner and I arrived to town late, and most... restaurants in the area closed at 9 or needed a reservation, but we were lucky to come into Bosq when there was some bar seatingavailable. We loved getting to chat with the bartender, Justin; he gave fantastic service and great conversation. The food andatmosphere was exceptional. This was a very special experience and if you're comfortable treating yourself, I definitelyrecommend it. (Pardon the quality on the only food picture I got, it was dark, so it doesn't do this beautiful dish justice!) Read more

This visit was a little over year ago on our wedding day! What a special evening! My husband and I married ourselves at the top... of Mt. Elbert this past fall, and we chose Bosq for our "wedding dinner," just the two of us. I had let Bosq know about thespecial occasion coming up, and they welcomed us with some champagne. The owner came out to chat since he thought we had a coolstory, and they went above and beyond to make us feel special. The food itself was simply amazing. I've never had bone marrow,so that was one of the things we wanted to try. It was delicious! We tried a variety of things, and everything was delicious. The dishes are very "modern" and trendy, and the presentation was gorgeous. Thank you for a special evening, Bosq! Read more

Had a wonderful dinner at Bosq. There aren’t many vegan dishes on the menu, but tell the server and they will take great care... of you. We always love having the chef go rogue and prepare something for us. The Chef and owner of Bosq did not disappoint. Themushroom dish he prepared as main dish over a hazelnut miso was absolutely fabulous. This gent has talent! The atmosphere isadorbs and def a family vibe - the owners wife was there and knew everyone. Cool place. Read more
