Whole place has a great atmosphere. One of the best burgers I've ever had, albeit a bit hard to eat. Not cheap. Worth it.
Had drinks and small bites at J-Bar and really enjoyed the old school atmosphere and outstanding service. The bar is located... within the Hotel Jerome which is a really nice property. If your driving there the hotel allows you to valet your car for up to2 hours free of charge assuming your visiting one of their restaurants within. In any event J-Bar is a great spot for drinks indowntown Aspen. Read more
I have been to the J bar many times and everything has been delicious with the exception of last night. The famous burger tasted... exactly like a tablespoon of kosher salt over raw meat. My daughter did enjoy her chicken noodle soup however the portion wassmaller in past years and pricier. On the positive side our waiter Jonas was delightful. Read more

Cozy atmosphere combined with amazing service and great food! It?s spendy, but you will at least feel as though you got your... money?s worth. Make sure you ask for Ted, who in addition to being a great server is also a great source of local history!Order one of their tasty, original cocktails, the 10th mountain is a personal favorite, or get a glass of wine from the wideselection at any of the hotel?s bars. Amazing fries, and a burger to die for (if it is almost comically large). The warm goatcheese is also tasty, if a little sweet. Don?t miss out on dessert here either!
