A very nice cocktail bar in downtown Aspen, located at the Hyatt. Cozy atmosphere with couches by the fireplace. The bar is... owned by a local distillery (Marble Distilling Company) - a great opportunity to taste high quality hand-crafted in Coloradospirits. We ordered different cocktails and loved all of them - so fresh and tasty. There wasn?t a food menu but they told usthat they?ll start serving appetizers soon. It would be nice to be able to order at least a cheese and meat plate with thedrinks. Also, the music needs improvement and the lights could be dimmer.
