Delicious food created by a great chef. Even though there aren’t many specific vegan dishes on the menu, the chef is... accommodating and pretty creative in their offering. The tofu used in our dishes was made perfectly, we weren’t expecting theusage of silken tofu in a fried rendition. Good selection of non alcoholic drinks too. Read more

Celebrated my ???? dinner at Plato's this past weekend with my hubby and I am so glad we did it. Our attendant/server "Mitch"... communicates well, respectful, professional and very kind. Really enjoyed the entire evening and definitely can't wait to comeback again Read more

Plato was a lot of fun, and the food was excellent! We got a bottle of wine, and had the duck and lamb. Chef Rachel nailed... it!! I was so impressed with the level of skill and the flavors. Mitch was our waiter, and he was great! Very attentive, andhighly professional. I would definitely come back. Highly recommend. I wish we had come a little earlier though to enjoy theviews and I wish it was warmer so we could eat outside, but you can’t control nature 5 stars all the way. Read more

Great views but food and service were less than acceptable. Decided to eat light and salads consisted of ingredients that were... less than fresh. Our server did not attend to our water glasses until our meals were finished. Would not recommend. Read more

I’m sure this is a great restaurant during high season. Just don’t go during off season, the menu is equivalent to room... service. They should not require a credit card for a reservation during off season. We were the only people in the restaurant. The server was incredibly friendly and the views really are great. Read more

Checked out this restaurant during our stay at the resort. The environment was great, and I enjoyed watching sunset from my... seat. The food was, below expectation. We ordered from the winter menu, but should’ve ordered something from the all-day menuinstead. My dish looks great but the taste needs some work. And the size could be bigger. Read more

The faux igloo was the BEST experience. I think mainly because our attendant Patrick was sooooo amazing!! He was beyond... accommodating and was so chill and had the best presence and attitude. We were a large party with a lot of requests and he maduse feel special and deserving of this experience. He was hands down the reason for this review. Thank you Patrick! Read more

Superior service, inventive food, and spectacular view. Plato’s was our favorite restaurant from a five-day vacation to Aspen.... The restaurant is part of the Aspen Meadows Resort on the outskirts of Aspen; while this isn’t easily walkable from the citycenter, don’t let the distance deter you from making reservations and taking a hotel shuttle, private auto, or taxi to thelocation. The reception was friendly and efficient; our hostess accommodated our desired seating for a wonderful view but out ofthe sun (there inside and outside seating with umbrellas for shade outside). No matter the seating, the perspective is aspectacular scene across the valley. The service was fantastic; everyone was professional, friendly, and accommodating. Thedesign and furnishings are sleek modern with good contemporary music in the background. The menu was smallish but veryinteresting with an emphasis on local ingredients. We tried a smattering of dishes from the All Day and Seasonalmenus—everything was spectacular in presentation, taste, and inventiveness. The bar drinks were interesting and tasty, although the bar did tend to get overwhelmed at times. The prices were on the higher side (normal for Aspen) but well worthit—a top value among comparable local restaurants. Overall, I rate Plato’s as Highly Recommended—the best restaurant inAspen.
