I had to order the tomahawk! I’ve never been somewhere that served it and wow I was so impressed! The service was amazing and... the vibe inside the entire house was amazing! Allen has a lot of high end restaurants (with prices to match). Steak House No. 316 is no exception, but it is as good as a... steakhouse gets. The crab cakes were ok. Mashed potatoes were gummy and broccolini soggy with a lot of lemon seeds to pick out. I appreciate the... fresh lemon squeeze but not looking to crack a tooth. We ordered the porterhouse for two medium rare and had to send it back.The first time was medium well and the second was medium rare/rare. We just stuck with the rare at that point. The meat itselfwasn't very flavorful. It was just heavily seasoned with cracked black pepper and no salt. Side note it was also my wife'sbirthday and I had asked the staff if something could be arranged but nothing was done so we eventually just cashed out andleft. Read more
