I’ll start by saying the food was good and ambiance lovely. However the manager was very condescending. Perhaps she... doesn’t need to be respectful as it’s apparent this restaurant has a local following . We were seated outside next to abrick wall. I put my purse on the wall and when I looked down it was full of ants. I told the manager, Theresa, who lookedand said “oh yes, I see one!” After seeing more on my husbands slacks, I told Theresa that her attitude sucked ! Sheproceeded to call us rude. Really ? Ambiance 5/5. So quaint and pretty. Sadly during Covid the tables were a bit squished together even on the lovely outdoor... patio. Service 2/5. We arrived at 7:30 Amd it was a full house. Took 15 minutes to get a server to even look at us. We didn’tget a drink until 8. The only thing that made up for the service was the somellier. She was super friendly and helpful. Food.4/5. Great food. many choices in the menu that hard to choose. variety than another restaurants that we've been looking for dinner. ... we didn't make a reservation but ask for option for the bar seating. the bartender Antone is great, also all of anotherstaff. there is only 1 thing that i just feel ok is Tiramisu. would go back to try another menu. Really enjoyed our meal at the Wild Fig. I ordered the Fish in a Bag, which was salmon with zucchini and tomatoes. Absolutely... delicious. The wait staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. Gorgeous, intimate restaurant and a great choice for finedining in Aspen. Read more
