They often get my order wrong via Uber and don?t adjust the price. So I?m always calling Uber to get my order fixed or cancelled... because I sometimes don?t get what I want. If I get a waffle cone and you don?t have it, just call or change the order. They areexpensive lol Read more

I?m a pretty patient individual ? but the incompetence and lack of diligence by the staff was hard to stomach. Ridiculous levels... of unprofessionalism, as the staff had little to no knowledge of their products, inventory, and cared more about making jokesrather than taking care of their customers. Also got 2 simple orders incorrect. Will not be returning. Read more

don?t waste your time. They don?t have half of the standard flavors. They have no understanding of how to treat their customers,... and the workers are more concerned with doing yoda impressions then giving me my order. tried to edit the hours on this business - it is not 24 hours. just tried ordering ice cream but doors were locked. then tried... the drive thru and no one helped us at the window or ordering menu. all calls went straight to voicemail when trying to getemployees attention while at the store Read more

I stopped off at this Baskin-Robbins to get ice cream on this Hot August day. As I was waiting for my ice cream I was looking... at the donuts and bagels . All of a sudden I see a mouse walking around in the tray of bagels. I couldn't believe it I stoodthere and stared at this mouse in the food which people are going to buy and eat. I told one of the people who works thereabout it and he called somebody over to go look and he said he didn't see anything and that was it. I saw the manager and toldhim and he basically shrugged his shoulders. The tray of bagels was not removed and neither was any of the other food. Clearlythis is a health violation. I understand there's going to be mice and insects and other things associated with food but clearlythis store didn't seem to give a darn about anything that was going on in their store or more importantly the safety of theircustomers. I was trying to be nice and said what was going on in a low voice but maybe if I shouted it maybe then they wouldhave gotten rid of the food and did something about the problem. Now customers are going to come in and buy what is in the traysnot knowing a mouse was prancing around in the food they just bought. Hopefully this review will alert people about what isgoing on in this restaurant and I will be calling the health department as well. Read more

This place is ridiculous I went in to get some icecream and not one associate even tried to attend to me and my gf ???? we... waited atleast a couple mins and when I asked the manager as to why no one was helping she seemed very clueless I won't becoming back to this spot again . Read more

The place is clean, however service was very slow at night. The employees working there were not welcoming. I understand that... the day could have been long but at least a greeting will be nice! It?s quiet enough, and convenient since they have a drivethru and are open 24/7. Read more
