Staff ( assistant manager Lou on certain shifts provided such poor quality of services and purposely burned my food or made sure... the order was sloppy and cold. I was a regular customer who ordered from there all the time ( Gave them great business). I gottired of the poor service so I called and asked to speak to the manager. The owner was very kind. . But he still kept staff.after I reported I ordered again thinking it would get better and it was worse. Me and my son got sick as a dog after ward. That was it for me . God dont like ugly the shop closed shortly after that . Karma came and served them well. . Read more
We phoned in and order of pick up food, and my husband went in to get it and The guy making the food did not have a mask on! ... Disgusting & unsanitary! We decided to take a hard pass on their Covid pizza special. Read more
Absolutely astounding. Never had an experience like this before. Ordered pizza for delivery at 6:45pm on a Monday night. At... 7:40pm we received a notification that the order had been completed. Considering no doorbell rang, no door knock, or no pizza onthe porch obviously the order wasn't completed. Called the store and spoke with the delivery driver. She confirmed the addressand insisted that she had made the delivery, knocked, and rang the doorbell. When I stated this was not the case, I was sitting5 feet from the door and this didn't happen, she immediately developed an "Oh well, it's not my fault" attitude. I ended upwalking down the street and found my delivery on a porch 2 houses down, lukewarm. I spoke with the manager at this point and heoffered a refund. I could at least warm up the pizza, right? Wrong. Opened up the box to find all of the toppings had slid offone side. Upon calling the store and asking for it to be re-made, I was told it would be *at least* 30 minutes because they were"slammed". At almost 8pm on a Monday night. I cancelled the order. To conclude this epic failure, I drove by the store on myway to pick up food from elsewhere. No one inside and employees no where to be seen. Very slammed. Read more
Pretty good. Sauce is extra garlicly though. Best part was the mini pepperonis! They get so nice and crispy. Nice people working... here too. Stiff competition for this location with 2 other pizzeria in the same block. Read more
I was told that there was new Staff, so i went there because the service was horrible and the food was evwn worse before. But i... was pleased with the turn around, food taste like authentic Italian! I took my family there lat week and we loved it! I alsorecommended them to my friends. Read more
We stopped by this Vocelli Pizza location for a quick bite. The service was fast, staff were pleasant, the place looked clean... (from what we saw), and the food was pretty good (Thin crust pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni). I recommend a visit if youhappen to be in the area. Read more

Great pizza and chocolate chip cookies. Lots of chocolate chips in the cookies that were very fresh. The Hawaiian pizza was... delicious. Just the right amount of sauce with loads of toppings spread over the pizza. Walked in and ordered was ready in 10minutes. With a great friendly staff. Read more
