The food is good, but the service takes forever. Ok preordered in the app and was able to pull right up to the drive thru... ordering speaker, but it took a half hour for them to serve three cars ahead. This was a decent Popeyes. Seems different every time we go. Today was better than usual. Got our order right. Forgot the hot... sauce. We?ll take it. I ordered the 11pc Family Meal that was $25.99 as opposed to the 12pc that cost $36.99 for 1 additional piece of chicken and 1... additional biscuit. ($11.00 difference?!?!). Let me also mention that I received 2 breasts and the rest were drumsticks andwings, no thighs. I was not informed there would be no thighs nor was I asked if that was OK. (It's Not). I did not see anythingstating I needed to request thighs. They have changed their recipes and it is not good. The crisp on the skin is not the sameand the semi salty taste to the skin is missing. It tastes oily now. The coleslaw was sticky. As I am spooning it onto my platethere are sticky strings between the coleslaw and spoon. It is no longer a liquid dressing. The red beans and rice lacked itsusual flavor and it was not filled up but about 3/4 full. I understand they may need to make adjustments to maintain and orincrease profit but this was too much.
