Last visit there and the place was a complete dump. Looks like they haven?t properly cleaned in years. Food and ingredients on... the floor, trash overflowing, burnt pans with burnt food stacked on each other, counters were filthy and sticky, looks like thewarming case hasn?t been cleaned since they opened. Down right filthy and disgusting. Cheese is always almost out and thick andclumpy. Standards have gone down the drain. Horrible and hope they make changes soon. Read more
Prezels were thin and needy. They weren't close to Philly Pretzel quality (closed for the holiday). It was disappointing to see... the quality. Staff were pleasant/cordial but not super friendly. I took an out of town family member here and wished we'dwaited. Read more
**EDIT- although the pretzels were never received, the owner did reach out to me to explain that they were delivered to the... school office and mistakenly given to the wrong child. I'm not sure what happened, but I know this store does a lot for thecommunity, and I was able to get a refund. I called to place an order for delivery to a local school for my daughter's 11thbirthday. Paid over the phone via credit card and was told the pretzels would be delivered around 11 this morning. My daughtercame home in tears that her birthday was forgotten- the pretzels were a treat for her class and they were never delivered.Called and no one could offer an explanation, nor could they process a refund without me coming in person. Someone sent me a gift. Received the gift. The pretzels were thrown into a box, with brown packaging paper thrown on the top. ... No protective packaging for the FOOD. No bag, nothing. This has to be against FDA standards.it is unsanitary to ship food likethis. Yes when they were received, they were wet and mouldy. Terrible. Read more
