Me and my dad went to the hoagie store after big lots and Chicken Parmigiana is so good and I really like it ????????
I wish I could say my sandwich was good. But it wasn't. The tomatoes were old and mealy and the cheese smelled like stinky feet... and tasted gross. The customer service when my food was picked up was ok though. Read more
When my friend didn?t know my rewards phone number to enter, he cancelled the order. When I returned with him just minutes later... to reorder, we were not acknowledged at all, and all FOUR employees were at the prep counter or handing over preorderedsandwiches. Instead, we?re told they were no longer taking orders, though we, and another customer, were there well prior to 20minutes of closing. Ordered from Primos in Aston, PA had delivered through Grub hub and 2 of the sandwiches were not in the bag called Primos and... one of the female workers answered the phone and when asked who packs the bags she said staff does so we stated that they forgotto pack it correctly she then stated ? I guess so? instead of apologizing for this error she was flippant and rude and did notcare !! Then I went to the store and the supposed manager there didn?t care either! Very poor customer service !! And didn?teven offer to remake the sandwiches because they were then cold by the time all of this was over ! This location is terrible. I haven?t been in the aston primos because of a disappointing sandwich I was given on my last visit.... I decided to give it another try and received the saddest hoagie I?ve had in a long time. I paid $14 for a half filled roll. Ifell hungry and ripped off after eating here. Do yourself a favor and avoid the aston primos. Read more
