I think Royal Farms and I have divergent concepts of World Famous. The World Famous chicken sandwich I had was truly... lame. Loaded with an obnoxious amount of lettuce and hot sauce, a cold slice of cheese and a pale, damp on the outside, dry onthe inside hunk of chicken breast. Any fast food chicken sandwich is superior. I?ve been doomed to come eat on days where I forget to pack a decent work lunch. This royal farms from staff interactions to... food orders is horrendous. I have to mention the gang of fruit flys hanging around their rotten smoothie machine and coffeestation. It?s amazing that I can go to the Ridley royal farms and receive fresh food and excellent service in a cleanstore. Take notes ya shmucks! Read more
Just went to this Royal Farms in Chichester Pa to get some Kripsy Kreme donuts and all the donuts had knats,mosquitoes and other... insects on them. Somebody needs to invest in better cabinets to seal the donuts from insects!!!! Oh.....BTW... Wawa packagetheir donuts in air tight sealed plastic baggies. Read more
The young lady at the food counter was completely amazing! She communicated a possible time delay and then was able time still... get my order together for me. She did with a smile and made feel like she wanted to assist me. This is something that a lot ofplaces lack. I didn't get her name but she deserves a gold star!!!! Read more
Staff is great but the place stinks to high heaven of burnt chicken. The credit card machines also do not accept Google Pay... using Discover. They also falsely present themselves as Aston. You are in Upper Chi amd that's just a major middle finger to thecommunity. Read more
The chicken slider sandwiches and fries are delicious. The few times I have stopped at this location I have always encountered... very nice employees, especially Carla. The over all interior could use a bit more attention to organization and cleanliness butits lack in these areas won?t keep me from visiting again. Read more
Came here once before a while back and had a slider, I opened the package and saw the bread was moldy. Not even kidding.. I... posted the pic to corporate twitter and they sent me 3 coupons for free sandwiches... -_- never used them. Went back today forsecond time to give it another shot (mostly because I was damn near starving) and was just aghast at how the employees/managerswork there, employees having full on conversations directly facing over the food they were making. I would not even give this location one star if possible. Everytime I have gone in there for a chicken meal they don't have... the the chicken requested available. This evening I went in for a 3 piece drumstick dinner. Only to be told they only hadtwo drumstick and I would have to wait at least 20 minutes if I still wanted drumsticks. When I placed my order all you couldhear was personal romance conversation between the two behind the counter. Maybe a little less personal conversation and moreattention to their job, food requested would be available. This is the last time I enter this location. Read more
