We were disappointed, the clam chowder was too watery, and not much clam in it at all. $14 for water with onions in it! Steamed... clams was very plain, not much flavor. The salmon/brie was just ok, not much salmon, and didn?t taste like smoked salmon. Steaktips was like grandma?s beef stroganoff, not steak. The only thing that was good was the fried oyster, tasted fresh and good. Wedon?t think we want to come back again. One of my friend was very disappointed and unhappy! He said it?s not worth the pricecause it?s expensive and the food was not good. We were forced to eat the food because we paid for it! But we were still hungryafter the dinner, so we went home made a wonderful meal from what we had bought earlier at Safeway. Kudos to Astoria Safeway forrescuing the evening. Read more

The food was very good as well as the service. There was many gluten free options and all of them are marked on the menu. I had... the Smokey Tomato Mac 'N Cheese appetizer which I highly recommend (can also be ordered as an entree), the wild Alaskan cod fish& chips, and for dessert the chocolate-Kahlua silk pie. I left very full and very satisfied! Also dogs are allowed on the patioand they even gave my dogs a water bowl. The food was very good as well as the service. Wow what an amazing building! Just stunning. The host gave me the quick run down: that it?s a restored Cannery and the tall... beams were sandblasted into looking how they do. And a loft that?s rentable for event space. Super cool! On to the food. Mostof the food was simply amazing. Really nice selection of brunch and seafood. The salmon Benedict I ordered was good but not outof this world thus the 4 star rating. I think I would have preferred a baked salmon or a lox style salmon rather than theshredded smoke salmon. It just didn?t pair as nicely with the poached egg as I had envisioned when ordering. The potatoes wereperfection however. If I didn?t live so far I?d love to frequent this place however! Read more

Nice location, beautiful views, delicious food! We started with a cup of their clam and mussel chowder (which was a delicious... rich tomato basil and cream with oysters and tender mussels), then I tried their Steak Frites (Flatiron Steak with fries), hubshad their special wrap of the day (prime rib with black eyed peas, onions, horseradish cream sauce, vegetables), which waslacking prime rib - hubs said he would not order again. We finished by sharing a tiny slice of oreo cheesecake, beautifullypresented with whipped cream, mint leaf and flower. We enjoyed the water view and wish we'd grabbed a table outside. They hadsome odd iced tea that had a tropical flavor that I was not a fan of. Overall, it was a nice experience, great service (thanksCarla) and good food. Read more

They take reservations however we didn't have any. We still got right in and seated. Great service from our waitress and the... rest of the wait staff. I let the waitress know I had a dairy allergy and she helped me navigate the best dishes to get thatwould easily accommodate. Great views of the Columbia River while dining. Read more

Fantastic food, view and service! We got the best seat in the house in their cute outdoor private eating pod with view of the... bridge, river and wildlife! Lots of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options (including a sorbet dessert made in house that wedidn?t get this time). I ordered the salmon BLT gluten free and my partner ordered the shrimp melt on gluten free bread. Ourserver, Bryan was attentive and friendly but not too overbearing! We will definitely be back!! Found this place because my hotel was right next door! It was so classy inside! We only had 30min to dine, and the waitress made... sure to have our order ready, had time to eat, pay & take photos. I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup with was a purée, and acranberry walnut salad with really good house dressing. The cocktail was the very first one on the menu, made with localalcohol. Woven baskets were there to buy, a little $$$ but worth the hand craftsman ship. Read more
