Suitable for big groups. Not a lot of beer selection. Clam chowder was good, pretzel was doughy. Bit pricey for what you get

Absolutely loved this place. The food was great and the hamburger was one of the best I?ve had in Oregon! The rockfish was fresh... and fried well, was not over oily. Really enjoyed it all. Read more

Good food and drinks at the pop up location, first time coming here. Fish & Chips were very good, and everyone else's food... looked great as well. Had the drink special of the day, a blackberry mojito. Hope Buoy can get back to their own location, so Ican see the sea lions !! (Also please get sea lion shirts in adult sizes, and not just kiddo sized, thanks! ????) Read more

Buoy Beer is the best. Their beer is so very tasty and the brewpub offers flavors that you can?t find just anywhere. The food... during construction was still high quality and this is our favorite place on the coast. Read more

Got oyster shooters, clam chowder, Caesar salad with salmon, and deviled eggs. Bummed the tuna sandwich was sold out by the time... we got there. Wish the oysters were on a half shell instead of a shooter, but it was very fresh and meaty. The Caesar salad was$8 and we added smoked salmon for an additional $4 -- not sure if it was worth the extra charge. Clam chowder was a big hitthough! Read more

Passing through Astoria and saw Buoy Beer Comp. and decided to try it out. To start off, there's a glass floor area to look... down, spot a fairly large and well fed sea lion enjoying a nice nap. Everywhere in the restaurant has some kind of view of theriverfront. The glass doors were slid open for a nice breeze. The food was spectacular. Their clam chowder was probably the bestI've had in a long time. The right amount of potatoes and clams with a buttery taste. Lastly, the Rockfish and chips were justas good. Not too oily and had a lot of flavor. The fish was tender and crispy. Highly recommend stopping by! Read more
