The pizza was over $30 but tasted like $15 Papa John’s pizza! The pizza was very dry with not much stuff on it, I think they... overcooked it! The beer ???? was very good, the cocktail was just ok. The service was good, nice environment. Read more

Fort George. If you visit Astoria, you simply HAVE to visit Fort George. It’s a no-brainer. The vibe is cool, the indoor and... outdoor seating is ample, the building looks neat, the beer selection is good (please drink the Cavatica—my favorite stout),the cozy attached tap room is a nice touch . . . there’s really nothing to complain about. My only disappointment was thefood. I mean, the burger was good (not great), the fries had a nice flavor but were a little card-boardy (yes, I made that wordup), but the beer, well, that was awesome. I’d prefer a bigger flight, but four was OK (I guess). The prices were a bit high, but that seems pretty normal these days. Check out Fort George. You (probably) won’t be disappointed. Read more

We have been to a lot of breweries so we are pretty picky. All of us agreed that Fort George is an excellent brewery! A historic... building, excellent beer, great food, and friendly service. If we are ever in this area again we will be back! Read more

salty and expensive. We ordered the fish sandwiches with fries. Everything was so salty that was all you could taste. To add a... side of coleslaw cost six dollars which wouldnt be a problem if the side was more than a heaping tablespoon. At fair, the slawwas the best thing we had. The fish was also about an eighth of an inch thick.witth all the salt, this made for an expensive buthorrible sandwich. The fries would have been good if there had not been so much salt. They were gritty. Downstairs is ordor atthe counter style so no real service. The building is really nice with ample seating and parking. It seemed clean. A lot ofunmet potential here.. Read more

Definitely recommend! We did a small 4 brewery tour on a Saturday and this was in our top 2! The service was friendly, kind,... funny, and helpful! We sat downstairs and enjoyed the dirty fries and a couple beers! We will definitely visit again so that wecan experience upstairs and try more of their food. Recommend before you visit that you check out their website in case you wantto make a reservation, because it was very busy and the wait time on certain foods could be long - heard it is worth the wait -just want to note for planning purposes. We didn't plan at all, just stopped by and got lucky finding a spot right at the barand had a great experience! Read more

One of the best places to stop and have a beer in Astoria. Beers were delicious, pizza was tasty, with fresh ingredients and... cooked in a wood fired oven. It’s worth sitting upstairs, especially on a sunny day. The Captain Phantasmic IPA was yummy! Read more
