The staff was polite. The problem is with the food and I bet it's cooperate. They remove customer favorites from menu then blame... it on staffing or covid. I think they know this chain is failing because they don't seem to care anymore. Read more
I think this is my second 1 star review due to 3 questionable family orders in a row. Not surprised by the recent low star... reviews and should?ve taken it into consideration. I would order a meal for my family which included 4 biscuits. I got 3biscuits and so I return again next week and ask to make sure my meal had 4 biscuits and they give me 3 again. I go a thirdtime thinking the 3rd time is the charm and they gave me really dry and small pieces of chicken but everything was there. 2 outof the 3 times going, the chicken skin there was super soggy for being extra crispy too and yet was super dry Please check yourorder to avoid my situation. The quality and service seems to be inconsistent every time I go and request for them to check. Theinability to get what I pay for is bad enough and to disappoint my family is not worth soggy skin, dry meat, getting rippedoff, and the long drive to treat the kids to some fast food if it ends up in disappointment for them. Sadly, I won?t bereturning but hope this can help others and management. Read more
Ordered tenders meal for the kids with Cole slaw and Mac and cheese. Guy taking order said "mashed potatoes?" No - Mac and... cheese. Guess what we got. Also asked for specific dips. Got no dips. No utensils or napkins - is that normal? Read more
The staff here is always friendly. Wait times are below average. The food was served at the correct temperature. The dining room... was fairly clean but the restroom needed some attention. One of the better KFC's I've been to in a while. Read more
People were nice but food quality was not good It was the worst KFC I have ever had.
I normally don't to KFC because I've not had good experiences in the past but this has to be the best KFC I've had. Me and my brother work there for three weeks and we didn't got any pay checks and they discrimination against us and treated to... sue us cause we ask for are pay checks then they fired us and lied to us about it being franchise instead of corporate and itbeen pass 48 hours and still no check and they give me and my brother no breaks and try to work me with no ppe got my regularshoes wet and think that was ok and the manger never wash they hands and got dan sick from eating the chicken Read more
