multiple times i have driven twenty minutes to this location excited to get pretzels. every single time i have gone they are... either closed early or already have everything put away by 5 pm when closing hours are 6?? i?ve also tried calling so many timesand never gotten an answer. Read more

Hours are 10am-6pm. Stopped in to get a pretzel at 5:20 pm and was told they start cleaning and stop making pretzels at 5:15 pm... so they can leave at 6:00 pm. Their should be service until 6:00 pm and then cleaning should start. Change your closing hour to5 pm or put up a sign, no more pretzels will be made fresh after 5:15.
