multiple times i have driven twenty minutes to this location excited to get pretzels. every single time i have gone they are... either closed early or already have everything put away by 5 pm when closing hours are 6?? i?ve also tried calling so many timesand never gotten an answer. Read more

Hours are 10am-6pm. Stopped in to get a pretzel at 5:20 pm and was told they start cleaning and stop making pretzels at 5:15 pm... so they can leave at 6:00 pm. Their should be service until 6:00 pm and then cleaning should start. Change your closing hour to5 pm or put up a sign, no more pretzels will be made fresh after 5:15. Super nice, great service! They kindly asked if we would like to wait a few minutes for fresh pretzels to come out of the oven.... We chose to wait and it definitely didn?t disappoint! We bought one each for my little family (4 of us). Wished we would?vebought more as we were traveling back home from Morro Bay. Can?t wait to go back and visit again! :) Read more
