Ordered pizza for delivery at 5pm payed 50bucks and it's 6:30pm and it's still not here...
I applied my rewards for a free pizza, bought two extra pizzas and when I went in to pay and pick up my order, they implied my... reward didn?t work, and ?That?s why it was cheaper? when we paid the amount anyone would pay without a reward point. Thought itmight?ve glitched so I checked my rewards and it was still marked as used for that order. Sketchy. Horrible, horrible customer service. I will be calling their corporate office after what happened tonight. We?ve been using... domino?s for years and years and it is one of our favorite pizza places. However, this Domino?s has given us trouble before andwe have overlooked it. No more. Go to Mountain Mike?s, Fatte?s, you name it. Do not give this restaurant your business untilthey clean up their employees? attitudes and get some workers who actually work. Extremely disappointed. I can?t believe they even let this pizza put the door. It?s COMPLETELY burned. Not the first time something like this has... happened. I?ve had their pizzas show up hours late, cold or a completely different order. I thought McDonald?s had the worstservice but apparently I have been mistaken. Order the pizza. Waited an hour and 45 minutes. Called in and was told that we lived in an apartment which is not true. I live... in a house and said that they called and they did not and then hung up on us when we were complaining and ask them what would bethe right thing to do about this.
