When to the store in atascadero. Completely screwed up my order. Argued with me order was right on the screen. Waited for over... 30 minutes had to get out of my car and go inside. This was a Jack in the box. When I showed up the food was subpar, but no worse than any other Jack in the box, the service was... slightly better than expected but not through the roof, and only one thing really disappointed me. Two people working on a Friday night. 45 minute wait in the drive through. Restaurant is regularly understaffed. Employee was... stressed, and rightfully so, but dropping F bombs at my wife and daughter is unacceptable. Will never eat here again andsuggest you don't either. Read more

This store has turned into a nightmare. They are hardly ever open later than 6pm. Their lobby is hardly ever open, even with no... customers in the drivethru. To top all of that off, half their menu is available and they take no more than one order at a timeto try and keep their numbers up. This franchise is in desperate need of a more dependable and reliable owner/manager. Expect a20 to 30 minute wait of there is anyone ordering in front of you. Read more
This was probably one of the worst fast food experiences that I have had it took 20 minutes for them to even acknowledge that I... was there and then we had to go through the drive-thru line and it took 20 more minutes to get our food and we also did not getour proper change because he did not have the 70 cents he did not have coins.
