Staff issues made our wait long but the food was tasty.
I dont know what happened in this panda location but they keep getting worse. they wouldn?t even bother to cook more food in the... afternoon even if they still have at least 2 more hours to serve while people are still piling up to order food. They let youchoose left overs and many times they dont serve you enough portion like other panda locations maybe cause of bad management orjust lazy workers. Sad place might as-well close it down. Never again had to wait 10 mins for a item while waiting they come n tell that my item going to take even longer had to settle... for something that was ready by now my other item r now getting cold n I still had to wait for noodles NEVER AGAIN PANDA IT'SNOT THE FIRST TIME IT'S HAPPENED ???????????? I am never ever one to leave bad reviews, but I have never had a good experience with this location. At first I attributed their... poor service to being a new location trying to figure out/work out some issues, but now I see it really is just them beingincompetent. When you walk in, you have to expect to stand in line for at least a half an hour. They are somehow always out oflots of their dishes, and at night they give up on cooking so for the last hour they?re open you get to choose from the threethings they have left. Last night I put in an online order that was supposed to be done by 6:20. It wasn?t like I orderedanything huge, just a plate and a bowl. I arrived 5 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready and it wasn?t on the onlineorder stand, no big deal, maybe they?re just a couple minutes behind. I waited for almost 40 MINUTES for my online order. Andthere was a woman in the store with me who had been waiting even longer!!! They were severely understaffed, and wouldn?t eventalk to me when I was clearly walking up to try and ask about my food. And on top of all of that, they still managed to get myorder wrong once they finally made it. Save yourself the time/energy/anger and just go to the one in Paso Robles. Read more
Traditional Panda Express. Server was chipper and friendly. They don't get out on the floor often. 2 pieces of rice on table... more on seating bench. Both trash cans were full to the rim. Good communication with employees to each other. Read more
Had the broccoli beef. It was the toughest beef I have ever had since coming to Panda Express. The attitude of the workers seem... to be a bit lazy. We were there before 7:00 p.m. and the selection was poor or overdone. They would not remake anything as theykept saying they were going to be closing soon. Closing time is 8:00 p.m. . Not 7:00.
