This pizza is horrible but their customer service is even worse. Yes the pizza is cold over done and has so many toppings on it... that it’s soggy when you get it home. This is what you get when you order here. Under done and ice cold for top dollar prices. When you call to hopefully get it... right, you get a response of: " we will remake the pizza and deliver them to you as long as you don't eat any of it." That wouldmake sense if it wasn't already a 90 min wait to get ice cold pizza in the first place. Let alone, another undetermined amountof time for a replacement. Pizza Express is definitely not worth it. I recommend spending your hard earned money any where else,because this place doesn't care. Read more

Very good food, great service, and great price for what you get. Easy online ordering, food was ready in 15-20 mins, was melty... hot and delicious. We've eaten here 4-5 times over the span of a year & every time our food was made exactly as ordered. It'sgreat to know there's a place in town with some consistency. This best pizza in Atascadero. Used to love Round Table (eighties) and Nardonnes (nineties), but both those places have changed... in the last few decades. Ok long story short my mom ordered 3 pizzas wings and cheese bread from this place. There was a girl who had colored hair it was... short and she helped my mom with her over the phone order I wish I got her name because she was so disrespectful reason was Iwent in to pick up my mom's order since she don't drive right. We'll as I was patiently waiting because she was down staff andshe was doing everything do that wasn't my problem, my problem was that this girl didn't know I was my mom's daughter and shewas talking about my mom to someone else in there and i over heard it and I told her she needs to be more professional becauseyou never know if it's a secret shopper or someone's family or friends listening to you. So I was very upset about it I will notbe eating there again. She make sure they tell you they charge for everything on your pizza cause that's what they did to my mom85 dollars for 3 pizzas small and wings and cheese sticks nah that's a rip off. Read more
