My first time at this place left a very good impression on me. Everything from the courtesy of the staff, the decor, and most... importantly, the taste of authenticity of the food. My wife and I drive from Paso every Saturday to have lunch here. Jeanette, who is the manager/ bartender, is wonderful! She... makes the best long island/ long beach iced teas! Food was ok. Service was great.. We were with a group of 13. Person made a reservation. Four of us showed up 1/2 hour later. ... They put all of us in the same Ticket! Expected to be on our own ticket. Very confusing for everyone. Tables were set up in an"L" shape. Very cramped, were next to booth and waitresses were constantly bumping into me. Read more
I rarely come to this place because their food is pretty nasty. I have been there approximately 16 times in 4 years for dinner,... and twice for lunch. I have given them more than enough chances, and have only had three semi-decent meals. The safe bet isalways the fajitas. The crunchy tacos are almost always slightly cold and soggy, as if the oil is not hot enough to fry thetortilla. I am struggling to give this place three stars, but the drinks are okay during happy hour, and can be a loud but funplace to hang out with friends. I won't sit here and bash them with all of the other food problems I have witnessed, becauselots of other people enjoy their food. Read more
Went with a group of co-workers, it was busy but I seen it busier and received excellent service here. Our server Nicole was... horrible, we didn?t get our drinks till sitting for over 30 minutes. Then we waited for her to come back to take our order. Inthe mean time they sat 2 new tables and they received their food before she decided to come back and take our order. Finally weget our food close to a hour and half later. Most of our tables order was cold and soggy. She had a awful attitude the wholetime. She didn?t offer separate checks in the beginning so we had to ask for that after. She held on to our checks for close to10 minutes after we had given up on waiting for her to come get our checks and taken them to the front desk.
