The staff is fabulous and you couldn?t ask for better service. Friendly, always a smile and it feels like your having brunch in... your own backyard. Food is always amazing with huge portions, so you always have a ?doggie bag? Wonderful atmosphere and Ialways look forward to coming back again. Another visit to our favorite restaurant in Atascadero. Today I had the papa daddy omlette, skillet style. Don't let the photo... fool you. Underneath the three over easy eggs is plenty of sausage,ham,bacon,cheese and O'Bryan potatoes. Enough to easilysplit. Recommend trying the The Pepper Plant hot sauce on the side. Not too spicy and great with potatoes. My wife had two eggswith bacon and tater tots. Lots of tater tots. She took most of it home for afternoon snack. Freeway close and for under $30 atrue delight. Came here Friday almost lunchtime and were seated right away in the back patio. We ordered the Robert sandwich, country fried... steak, and Buenos Diaz skillet. Loved the Robert sandwich! The combination works. The country fried steak and the Buenos Diazskillet were good. Good price point for the quality and amount of food. Would definitely come here again. Service was great. Fast service, many breakfast options and big portions, love they have tater tots and their homemade salsa is very tasty not... spicy just flavourful. They have wide range of options on the menu from chilaquiles to hamburgers to chicken fried steak. Read more
Excellent spot for brunch in Atascadero! I am local and had absolutely no idea this place was here. The back patio is spacious... and pleasant with umbrellas to shield from the sun and beautiful marble tables. We felt like we were by the Mission in SLO. Themenu is large and varied with something for everyone; traditional American breakfasts, benedicts, omelets, scrambles, waffles,and some Spanish-flavored items. The cinnamon roll was delicious, warm and fresh with a large serving of real butter. Our tablealso ordered a waffle, chliaquiles with chile verde and a breakfast quesadilla with carnitas. This place, recommended by my cousin and husband, when I asked them where the good breakfast... was, after I was hitting the road home, post Thanksgiving...was everything you want in a non chain cafe....servers, cooks andbuss people in a non stop, every movement counts, series of loops, during service...I'm a manager at Top Golf and know thisindustry well. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and energetic... Atmosphere and decor was so cool...the wait was semi long,which always great sign. Yummy. Read more
