Been avoiding this....here it goes... As you can see the date when I went there...VETERAN'S DAY. Asked the waited if there was a... special menu for VETs. When I mentioned being a vet, his attitude changed. There were only 4 choices. I ordered the chickennuggets. When he bought it out....there was 6 burned nuggets, the fries were spread out to make it look like there was lot offries. My wife made the remark of...now I remember why we stopped coming here. Chilis is one of my favorite restaurants but I had the worst experience coming here. First it took close to five minutes for our... waiter to come get our drinks, then when we ordered it took another 45 mins for the COLD food. Not as good as it used to be. Our queso looked like chili, supposedly that's the way it is made now, it didn't taste like queso.... Salsa was flavorless. I had the shrimp fajitas, got like 7 tiny shrimps on it. The beans were good though. My husband had thefarmhouse. The brisket was dry and drenched in BBQ sauce. Update 6-25-2022 Great food, great bartender and great ambiience... We love to sit in the bar area....the bartenders are some... of the best servers of food and drinks you could ask for. Best baked potato soup ever!!!! Read more

Update: this is a dine in review with a to go order. I had a free chips and queso reward so I had lunch in the restaurant. I was... seated in the bar area and got excellent service. The food was very good and I added a to go order to take home for dinner.Haven't had the steak yet but the last time I had it it was very good. If you like Chilli's you might want to sign up forrewards. They are always offering something for free. This is a curbside pickup review. The curbside menu needs a little work.One of the things I ordered was the triple dipper appetizer and you only had one option to pick a sauce - the other two sauceswere picked for you. Also, there was no place to modify an order - I would have liked to have had the pico left off thesteak. The southwest egg rolls were very good, the big mouth burgers were good, the asparagus was delicious, the steak wasundercooked but had a very good flavor and was still tender even after a minute in the microwave, but one of the chickentenders had that rubbery texture of improper cooking. This is the lettuce i received for my bowl . None of the modifications i made were fulfilled . My kids can?t even eat the food... due to this. I order through door dash so i was told there was nothing they could do . Pasta dry with Cajun spice ALL OVER IT . I didn?t even get the items there were supposed to come with the order per their own menu. Absolutely ridiculous.
