Horrible service! The lady at the register was rude and no help with the menu. The young man who was running the food just threw... my plate on my table, I still said ?thank you? trying to be nice. Walked away with a horrible attitude without saying anything,then came back to my table and practically threw my to go order on my table as well. With the WRONG order. The lady?s in theback making the sandwiches were nice and fixed the mistake. The young man running the food attitude is terrible!!! I?ll nevercome to this Panera ever again. So disappointing.. we have eaten at Panera several times. It has been a while, but this was our first and last at this location.... It started off with horrible counter service. I couldn't read the menu so I asked if they had a paper one, was looked at like Iwas speaking a different language.. so then I decided to simply ask questions about an item I wanted and again got a blank stareand acted as if I wasn't speaking. Finally managed to get a sandwich ordered, (still not have much conversation or interaction).We were both so confused on the sides.. twice was told something about apple chips or bread.. I specifically asked are theypotatoe Chips? And no straight answer. Also, the soda machine was out of order and they only had specialty teas and lemonade. Iwas asked if I wanted a receipt and I said, yes please. And didn't get one until I asked again. The food was ugh, ok. The Macand cheese had no flavor and the spicy chicken.. well, not so much, kinda like a chicken version of a mcrib. Just disappointing. Read more
It?s all Frozen food that is pre-heated in VERY warm ovens filled with water!!! Nothing fresh about it, the charge outrages... totals for what?! FROZEN FOOD. I ordered delivery for dinner and it initially gave me a timeframe from 8:27-8:37PM. My ordered didn?t arrive until 8:42PM. When... Doordash arrived they just left the bag at the door and did not bother to ring the doorbell. Also the bags arrived unsealed soeverything was exposed. How was this being safe or sanitize. I contacted the restaurant to find out if this is protocol or not.Makayla ensured me this was not the proper way this order should have been delivered and was very apologetic. Read more
My husband and Myself ordered 2 of duo meals. But that's NOT what we received. Plus the clerk was rude & abrupt & did NOT... listen to what we order. My wife has been under the weather a lot lately. She loves chicken noodle soup and when feeling herself she makes the absolute... best chicken noodle soup (her own modified recipe). I?ve purchased chicken noodle soup to go from just about every restaurantin Atascocita and the restaurant where she sends me to buy her chicken noodle soup is Panara?s. She?s never disappointed.Sometimes she?ll ask for something else to go along with it but the soup is the priority. I usually order the large bowl andwhile I think it?s a little pricey for a bowl of soup, it makes her feel better so it?s worth it. Read more
I decided to place an order on the Panera Bread app for pickup ASAP. Well Panera Bread determined ASAP would be 24 hours after... my order was placed. I did not notice the time of pickup and drove 25 minutes to the restaurant. Once I arrived Panera Breadwas closed. REALLY! All of this fancy technology and your app can't tell me this location is closed. Read more
They sent 5 instead of 6 bagels for our half dozen order. Called to let them know and the manager said she would send the... missing bagel via doordash. It never came and this is not the first negative experience I've had. If you are placing orders foran exact number of people, don't bother here. Read more
