My husband JUST got left this place & we live maybe 10 minutes away (that?s with red lights)? we ordered multiple family meals... as we have guests over & I just had our baby so I?m not cooking. To say this staff was rude & disrespectful is a GROSSunderstatement, and that includes the manager! They messed up our order, didn?t give us what all we asked for & when we calledto let them know we were talked to like we did something wrong not to mention the fact they hung up the phone & the food was icycold, no lukewarm at best. I always dread stopping here. Most times, I prefer to drive to the location in Huffman just so I can get the order correct. ... I've been here several time to wait and then be told they didn't have the food to fix my order. I was on a time constraint andstopped here, knowing I'd probably be dissatisfied. Of course, I wasn't wrong. I was shorted a tender because, apparently,counting to 5 is hard, and the dipping sauce was not in the bag. That's what I get. Save yourself the hassle, and make theextra drive to Huffman or go to chic fila. Read more

They are always pretty nice customer service wise. I've had a couple of hiccups on my order or it's not as hot as I would like.... Overall fast and friendly, just be sure not to be in a rush and double check your order. Updated review.....I ordered throughthe app and got the worst attitude from the manager when 2/3 orders had issues. I was not a fan of today's service. I definitelyfiled a report through the app. I'm usually pretty calm and understanding about mistakes. The unnecessary attitude from themanager was not needed. Feathers on chicken is also not needed. Putting the wrong sides and missing a side also does not requirean attitude when a customer asks for it to be fixed. I was not a fan of today's service. A simple apology and correction onsomething that your employees or you did wrong is all that was needed. The rudeness could have been kept. Read more

There was a big rush and Alicia was very calm sweet and didn?t mind my complicated order. Being amongst impatient customers had... me worried about the employees being overwhelmed but they all did a wonderful job. One customer came in with a really specificrequest and the employee kept her updated and made sure she got exactly what she wanted with a smile. He had braces. Waiting wasnot so bad at all. Just left this location grabbing food for my kids after school. The young woman who took my order could definitely use a lesson... in customer service, however my expectations in this area are already low, so no big deal. Ordered 24 Ct nuggets, and only giventwo sauces?fine, shortages are everywhere. I specifically asked for no thighs in my 12 piece family meal, get home and the boxis majority thighs. As badly as I want to go back up there, I just don?t have the time. I normally wouldn?t even go to thislocation, but my kids wanted it and I gave in. Truly regret it. Fries were cold, as well. A waste of $46, and subpar customerservice is all they had to offer today. Save your money and cook at home. Pride in service industry is absolutely dead. Read more

Incompetent staff. They don't have the capability of cancelling orders whenever they're out of stock on items. Everyone looks at... each other as if it's their first time in a kitchen. Learn to take inventory of your items. And learn to manage a kitchen. It'sfried chicken for crying out loud. Managers don't know the difference between good customer service... somehow they alwaysmanage to get fried chicken wrong. A kitchen with 10 people and none of them with any sense. Read more

Address- 19151 W Lake Houston Humble Tx Store#60148 Order # 684 Time 3:24 Drive Thur Host 204 The quality of the food was... horrible as you can see from the pic?s I call the store back to tell them that my food wasn?t good. The manager said there foodwas hot but I was trying to tell her that my food was old she didn?t understand me, she spoke little English. She hung the phoneup in my face and said go somewhere else. I tried to report her but Popeyes Surveys lines didn?t work. So I went back to thelocation she wouldn?t tell me her name nor GM name I am done with this store!!! I was on that side of town and decided to stop by Popeyes. It was 10:30am so they just opened. Everything was fresh & hot... including the red beans & rice and Mac n cheese. My order: 5pc spicy w/ red beans & rice and Mac n cheese Use the app coupon:5pc w/ two sides and 2 biscuits for $8.99 w/ tax $9.73. $.50 cent up charge if you want Mac n cheese Red beans & rice could'veused more seasoning and flavor. Mac n cheese was average for a fast food spot, definitely not like your homemade baked Mac ncheese. Biscuits were soft & warm but a little on the dry side. They were out of jelly so I used honey instead. I put half ofboth the red beans & rice and Mac n cheese in clear bowls to give you a comparison of how much food is in the regular sizecontainer.
