Just came in to pick up DQ Birthday cake. They asked if I wanted them to write in it. I said, no thank you. The jell just... doesn't taste well on top of a blizzard cake. I asked if they could sprinkle just a bit of Oreos on top and they said they wouldhave to charge. Well, damn. $35 for a birthday cake and now more?!?! Screw that. I was very happy with the chicken basket. It was hot and fresh. The fries didn't seem as though they sat under the warmer for X... amount of time. I was very please with how clean the dining area was. Keep up the good work!! Read more
I went through the drive thru around 4:30pm on September 9. My order was incorrect so I took the one sandwich inside to... exchange it for the correct one. The kid got the manager who told me it was my fault because I didn't listen closely when theyread back the order. I told her that McDonald's messes up the order almost every time but they don't argue and tell me that it'smy fault they got the order wrong. She did end up exchanging it but what kind of customer service is that? Not to mention theyput a cold piece of cheese on my burger. Not melted, at all. The burger wasn't even hot. Nothing special here when you have been to other places in different towns. The flamethrower is a decent burger but it seemed... different this evening. Fries are usually lukewarm. The curds or onion rings are the best option. Ice cream is just okay, butseems overpriced for the taste. DQ is a good option for an average meal. Read more
