Brook as a GM is the reason why this place is going down hill. I heard employees complain how horrible a boss she is and how she... treats customers is even worse. She is argumentative unempithetic and rude won't be back so I won't have to deal with her. Thisis for the next person that wants to eat at over priced establishment and get harassed. Read more

I wanna first explain how horrible the management at this specific store is with the owner himself touching customers food... without any gloves and verbally downgrading his employees not to mention that they use expired products as well with a majorant, gnat and fly problem to the point where there are ants where they make the sandwiches and that is absolutely disgusting Iwill not be going to this specific establishment any longer nor do I recommend anyone else doing so. McDonald's has really become a joke. All they offer is drivethrew. Not even 8pm. And it's 30 car lineup drivethrew time. The... did away with the all day breakfast. And now it's 9 to 5. Operations. Need 55 burgers at a certain time, called ahead. They were ready and bagged when I got there. Staff was doing a wonderful job at... pumping out orders with a full lobby and drive-thru. Was extremely impressed, especially with manager Brooke, who was veryfriendly and professional. Lobby was clean, cashier was quick, everyone was working hard. Well done, Atchison McDonald?s!
