Staff here was all young people and they were friendly and professional. I made a mistake and forgot to ask for no sour cream on... my food. I was prepared to accept my fate, it was my mistake... One of the employees remade my order while waiting for mypotatoes. You don't see customer service like that everyday anymore. Good group of young people. Read more
Staff is always on their phones. Person taking orders has to ask multiple times to get the order correct. This was in the lobby.... The drive thru however runs smoothly. Read more

I've rated the food based on a *fast food* scale, not food in general. I think that's a fairer way to rate fast food. I'd never... been to Taco John's, and I wasn't disappointed. I got two crunchy chicken tacos in a combo. The tacos came with a choice ofsauce, and I got chipotle lime. With it they give a cup of "potato bites" which are more like hash brown rounds. Veryreminiscent of Burger King's, but more salty. The tacos were delicious, although the potato bites were too salty. I chose not tohave nacho cheese with them, and I can't imagine the levels of salt had I said yes. This specific Taco John's has a very niceoutside seeing area, under an awning. Read more
