This is one of my husband?s favorite fast food restaurants. He really likes the new gyros they have on the menu. I do always... have to check the drive through order before pulling away, however, because they often forget something minor like sauce,napkins, etc. The staff in the Athens restaurant are always friendly and helpful. Good customer care, quick service, fresh food. Serina, Steve and Luxinburg good staff. Would have gave 5 star except one mishap... by employee I don't remember her name. I ordered 5 piece fish with crinkle fries. What I received was 3 pieces with curlyfries. The girl that took my order didn't smile like her mine didn't want to be at work. Read more
It look really nice from the remodel. But as someone who doesn't eat fast food... I don't think you should either. Love... yourself... Go get real food. Read more
The staff is pleasant and we're able to answer a couple of clarifying questions before placing my order. Before handing it to... me, they checked to make sure it was correct. The only drawback is that the drive-thru is tight. You have to be very aware sothat you don't scrape something. Read more
Arby's what has happened you have always been my number one favorite fast food place. And I normally have amazing experiences... here as well as amazing food but two times in a row now I've had to wait several minutes in the Drive-Thru line which is fineI'm actually in this business as well so I completely understand the weight but both times when I got my order my fries werecold and that is just completely unacceptable especially if you're making customers wait the fries should be hot fresh anddelicious very disappointed. I'll definitely be back, but want you to be aware, its a thing. Read more
Had a take out order and 2 large fries looked like 2 smalls. If you take out, check your food before you leave so you don't get... cheated. Read more
The walking in dining was not opened. The line was long with cars backed up 8 cars. Also, the drive thru is very narrow but can... be navigated by a professional. As for my sandwich it tasted horrible. It's been a long time since eating at Arby's. I waslooking forward to meeting, greeting and eating my beef and cheddar but I told myself never again will I eat at Arby's. TheFrench fries were cold too. So sad :(???? Read more
