The cashier argued with us about the items we bought online and nearly refused to give them to us, then proceeded to try to... charge us for items WE ALREADY PURCHASED. We've been eating at Chipotle for 10+ years. Mostly in Austin, TX. Today while visiting my inlaws in Athens, AL, we suggested... Chipotle for dinner. Me and my father-in-law got "steak bowls". The "gristle" (it was NOT steak) was inedible and horrible. Luckily we didn't choke on it! This was the WORST Chipotle experience I've ever had!!! Since we had the order 'to go', I triedto call the restaurant and complain...it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a person on the phone (but you can damn sure place an order)! So Iwent back to the restaurant to show them the gristle (see picture). The 'manager' said "I'm sorry". Well, please believe allthe 1-star reviews!
