Had a $25 credit so we decided to use it. Try to call, phone's are off the hook, no busy signal...nothing. So we place an order... online. We go to pick it up. Doors are locked, have to go through the drive thru. We wait in line, get to the window and tellthem. Apparently since the replacement was entered using my phone number but we ordered using my husband's phone number theycouldn't give us the $25 credit. So we decided to just pay cash even though we were frustrated. Go to hand the guy the money andhe tells us they can't accept anything larger than 20 dollar bills. I had problem with ordering on the app so I called to order and they sent to me a call center that I could not understand they... person so I go to the store and they didn't want to take my order their said I had to do it online. After explaining why Icouldn't she took my order and my and when I received my order my pizza was not even cut they put a gallon of sauce on my pastathat it was not even edible and I asked for no jalapenos on my chicken and there was some in there. Dominos has a great pizza and an awesome crew here in Athens, but the call center absolutely ruins all of the Domino's... experience...the call techs speak poor english, and get more things wrong than right. I can drive to the restaurant address andorder faster than the call center can take my order (which I have done before). So, thumbs up to the Athens crew, thumbs downfor the call center. Read more
They can dress their Pizza better it's no love and passion taking out in there pizza starting to be a typical Little Caesar... type pizza pickup at this location. Although the (( Decatur location Domino's give you the real Domino experience toppings arethere plus the garlic flavor is awesome on their bread crust. Read more

After receiving an email stating I could redeem points for cheesy bread I ordered through my app. The app didn't give an option... for my promo code, I figured the store manager could help me with this situation. She was very rude when I asked her for help,stating that's third party online and she has nothing to do with the promo code. Guess they threw that order away, even after Iasked if I could purchase it for $5.. I started to redo the order on my app for my free bread. I must have missed the place atthe bottom where it said enter promo code. Nope didn't see it, so I bring my phone into the store to see if the manager couldhelp me. Once again she was a RUDE experience. I did figure out that i could not place that order on my app and I had to go todominos online website to be able to enter promo code. I think it is unprofessional that the manager didn't know how to help me,was rude and made me feel she didn't want me in her store. Read more
This is the third chance I've given Domino's in 3 months, and they have called us to tell us it would take anywhere from 1-2... hours to get the pizza cooked. And this was for carryout, not delivery!!! This last time, I tried calling back to cancel myorder and I can't even get anyone on the phone to cancel it after staying on hold for 30 min and getting disconnected 2 timesafter waiting 10 minutes each time for someone to answer. I don't want to hear anything about a labor shortage as an excuseeither. Maybe you should pay your people more if you want more than one person in your restaurant. Absolutely ridiculous.. Read more
This domino's is morbidly understaffed. I ordered delivery, but they didn't have drivers, so I had to pick it up. When I got... there, they tell me that they gave my food to the folks ahead of me, and that I have to wait about ten more minutes. It was wellworth the wait though, both delicious and fairly affordable. Read more
