There was staff outside of the restaurant arguing and cussing at each other, all well customers were waiting in line. We waited... for at least 10 mins to be waited on and then they were very rude and out food was barely warm and they only half heard ourorder so we had to wait for other stuff that they had forgot to put on the ticket. Pulled into the drive thru at midnight and was told that they could not take orders for 30 minutes because they had to prepare a... grill. How did they know that I needed something from the grill? It sounded like an easy way to clear the drive-thru linewithout taking care of any orders. Read more
Basic White Castle copycat burgers that have now gotten ridiculously expensive. I remember when Krystal had 2 for $1 options...... Now it's 5 for $7 ?! Definitely will not be revisiting one of these chain stores. Read more
I usually come to this location every night, usually around 11:30 P.M on the way to pick up my bf from work, I always order the... junkyard fries. Most of the time they are so cold the cheese doesn't even melt on them. The chili is cold like the warmer itsits on is off, the bacon is hard as if it has been sitting all day, and the fries are cold as ice. I love the fries during thetimes they are hot/fresh but it is a rare occasion that I get them hot. If i ask the employees on 3rd shirt to make the friesfresh they reply ?they are? when they usually aren?t. It doesn?t take very much time to just drop a basket of fries and cookthem for three mins, to satisfy a paying customer. Not to mention i stopped ordering krystal's burgers, bc they was grey and rawordered a sackful one time just to throw then away haven't ordered them since. I am to the point of just not coming back to thislocation again. I don?t know who the manger is on night shift but they do not enforce the food safety for their customers forsure. I hope they passed servesafe because Whew they sure don?t use what they learned. The sign on the front window ?served hot& fresh daily? is false advertisement for this location because it is never hot or fresh. The employees do not care about theirjob on night shift not one of them. The ones you might think does, I promise they don?t. Very disappointed in how bad thislocation has gotten over the years. Poor, poor customer service. 25+ minutes in the drive thru. Employees laughing and joking with each other when I got to the... window. Multiple people working the same orders and confusing things. So much mayo slopped on the chick sandwich it made acomplete mess. Avoid! Read more
I love Krystals since my childhood when they were a nickel each. Today, they are basically the same. I order about 10 at a time... - refrigerate them for later. My complaint is how the burgers are thrown in their containers destroying its treasured onionswhich have been found at the bottom of the cardboard container! Morgan Read more
Ordered food at Drive Thru and was told they didn?t fix sandwiches without steamed bread for the Krystal cheeseburger. Asked for... the manager and she said they did, and to pull around. Got to the window it?s 9:05 drive thru stated they?re not taking anymoreorders. I then replied The manager told me to pull around. Checked for the bread is it was steamed it wasn?t, but the all themeat was cold on all 12 Krystal Sandwiches. I literally had to cook them at home. Smh Read more
