Excellent waitresses!!! I didn't want to because the waitresses we're amazing and one was being trained. The Food- awful ???? my... surf and turf was not even made as described. The sauce was missing. The steak had no seasoning at all neither did the shrimp.Steak was over cooked I asked for medium well. Very dry. The baked potato was half cooked some sections were hard. I go manyplaces to review food and I have to say this food was the worst I have had in a couple years. My husband fish was delicious. AsI said the waitresses were so terrific I didn't want to complain. But I don't think I'll ever try it again and I do notrecommend it at all. To the other---replying to customers that received awful food and saying you apologize does absolutelynothing! Your customers sirens their hard earned money in a bad economy and you should really show more empathy for that as wellas gratitude for your customers. I have been there at this location twice before and it's just awful. I suggest you start takingthese reviews seriously and retrain your cooks or you will end up closing down. You can do better! Don't recall the servers name but she was awesome... Personable as it gets, making sure everything stayed full without being... overbearing in the least. Cook/chef that night was new, we were told, but each steak was cooked perfect! If the only thing theycook well is a steak, they're worth keeping no doubt! First time at this location. The staff was excellent. We had drinks, deviled eggs, fillet, ribeye and more drinks. The deviled... eggs are a new twist on deviled eggs I liked them. Both of us had salads as one of our two sides. Both the house and Caesarsalads were large and excellent. The steaks were cooked to perfection. However my ribeye was seasoned better than her fillet.The only dissappointment was the green beans. They were over cooked, mushy and appear to be canned. Everything else wasexcellent. Now let's talk about the drinks. We tried the El patron, peach tea and the frozen black cherry lemonade. It's hardto find a favorite. They were all so good. Plus the beers were cold. If I Could give a negative star I would! We went the Sunday before Columbus Day, I?ve never had a worse experience anywhere. We... were a table of nine, I know big groups can be scary but we?re the simplest eaters. We ordered a Sirloin Salad, a child?sgrilled chicken with waffle fries, 2 steak tips with baked potato, 2 cheese burgers with fries, cheese sticks and 2 steaks withbaked potato. We sat for about 30 min and our new waitress came out told us they were out of steak tips. One changed to grilledchicken with sweet potato the other changed to another cheese burger. About 45 min afterwards we?re finally brought outeverybody?s but the cheeseburgers. We asked for the manager after another 30 min. Everybody else has finished well the chickenwasn?t eatable the steaks were burnt on the outside raw on the inside. Got 1 burger to go. Food was great! Steaks were hot and tasty! Rolls were plentiful and buttery! New drinks available on alcohol menu. The waitress... was new but very nice. My only complaint was the appetizer we ordered came out with our main course. We ended up taking it home.The restaurant was pretty clean. The service was good. The atmosphere was good.
